Child is home sick, again, so not going to finish a fragrance review, again. Coming Monday, hopefully: a review of Tommy Hilfiger Dreaming. In the meantime, I'm trying to keep myself from ordering Serge Lutens Five O'Clock au Gingembre unsniffed. If you've smelled it, please comment and tell me I should wait.
So last summer I did a "dream" poll, involving a friend going off to Paris and offering to bring back 3 bottles of perfume, never mind the expense. Today, the opposite approach: you've a measly $30 to spend on one fragrance item. What will you get?
My pick...
I've raved about Hermès Un Jardin Sur Le Nil body lotion before, and I go through bottles on a regular basis. It is one of my favorite layering agents for summer, and I'd pay lots more for it (in fact, I have paid lots more for it) than the $30 they're charging over at imaginationperfumery.
And a reminder: you've until midnight tonight to enter the Prix Eau Faux!
