Annick Goutal Mandragore Annick Goutal has released a new Eau de Parfum concentration of Mandragore. It is available in a spray bottle, or in the gorgeous butterfly bottle shown at left. I am looking forward to trying this; I liked Mandragore but the lasting power was not impressive in the Eau de Toilette. (via annickgoutal.nl)

Jessica Simpson, in collaboration with Randi Shinder of Clean Fragrances, will launch the Sweet Kisses collection this October in Walmart. The line will feature 3 fragrances: Creme Brulee, Vanilla Cupcake, and Strawberry Sorbet. The duo already have two retail lines: Dessert Beauty and Dessert Treats. (via prnewswire)

Annick Goutal really does do some stunning bottles! This one is very pretty, but I still might like the regular men's Mandragore bottle better (the one with the gold pattern).

Given the description of the notes, I didn't think I would like the fragrance, but wound up loving it! It's an extremely fresh, light scent and I found myself sniffing my wrists for a long time afterward. In fact, I think Mandragore has supplanted my other AG lemmings.

Don't know which bottle I would choose, as they are both gorgeous!

As for Sweet Kisses, Jessica Simpson must be STOPPED! I thought Dessert Treats was gross, or intended for 8-year-olds, or both. And the original line...since everything was edible it meant that everything was sticky. No thanks.
